I used this for my PS4 and if you've got a PS4, well you know you can run out of storage pretty quickly. This saved me from having to delete and reinstall games. I wouldn't recommend running the game off of this necessarily, but it's nice to be able to pack away some titles on your backlog with the option to easily move them over when necessary. 2 TB goes a loooong way.

Just what I needed to expand my PS4 storage. All I had to do was plug it into the PS4, go to settings, set it to external storage (drive was automatically recognized) and now I can download more games/updates again! It's also extremely easy to move large games from internal to this drive. My console is the red Spider-Man version, so it looks great with it, too.

Works GREAT. A much older external drive was starting to indicate it was going to crash soon. Chose this because it was cheap and big (lots of hd space). Didn't realize it was 3" size until I picked it up, which was a pleasant surprise. Plugged it in and started dumping content from the old drive within minutes. Been working pretty much flawless ever since.

My Go To external drive. It allows me to travel to different work sites carrying private data and proprietary software without having to load it onto those computers for security reasons.

Great simple hard drive to use for basic files. Works pretty fast, pretty durable. Perfect as a Mac TimeMachine drive

I like how thin and portable it is, plus still has great storage for all my photos. Nice that there are a couple color options too. I love the blue, stands out so I can't misplace it. My previous Passport was black and much thicker.

I needed to back up some files before changing computers. This little (in size) Passport is perfect for the task. It's easy to connect and easy to move files onto it.

Western Digital makes reliable portable drives. A have several from the Passport line and I needed a 2 TB drive. Why blue? For the same reason one might color code any set of similar or identical items - it makes it easy to find the one I am looking for.

This is truly one of the easiest external hard drives that are available. I have purchased several of them over the years! This particular one was purchased so that I could transfer a large amount of files to her computer. I love the size... or rather the LACK of size... very portable. Worked as outlined! I have been looking for a external hard drive for a while because I wanted to take my time reading reviews in search of the best hard drive. Hi I am using this hard drive for my PlayStation 4. This hard drive does exactly as I needed it to do. I ordered this hard drive online and picked up in the store. I did curbside pickup and the process went smoothly.

This is my second WD hard drive and not because the first one stopped working. I bought another one cause I liked the first one so much I just had to get another one for one of my team members. It works great & I love the locking feature, nice and simple! What is even better is the price! Hard to beat it for 2tb!
