This drive is easy to use. Set-up is simple. The drive is very reliable. Compact size makes it perfect for home use where low profile saves space. Highly recommended.

I really enjoy this hard drive. It doesn't seem to crash, plus it has a lot of space which I need. The file transferring is pretty fast too. I also love the red color.

This product is so nice I bought one prior and this is the second one that I'm buying . They have saved my life when it comes to storage this is awesome it helped me get rid of a lot of personal pictures and files. It is easy to use lightweight and it's compatible with all my devices. Bought this particular external storage to backup my photos and videos i had on my computer before i wiped it and after I transferred everything i still hd space for more storage. After doing some research between devices this came up as a good product compared to other seagate products and connects quickly to the computer. The only scary thing is the program on the product i can see could be easily deleted by accident but other than that it has saved me a great headache of buying multiple storage devices. I only used it for photos and videos i cant speak for games and backing up work files

Seagate was the other brand I use to own. WD and Lacie have been my go-to's for photography and film, and WD has never let me down with any type of failure *knock on wood*. USB3 is fairly quick, and I'm looking forward to the next iteration of USB4. For Mac users, Chronosync is a great tool to backup your drives, and WD works well.

For 3TB, the price really can’t be beat. WD is a trustworthy brand in my opinion. I hooked this up to my Xbox One for extra space, and it works flawlessly.

This external hard drive does everything I needed for transferring files from an 11-year old PC computer to a brand new PC computer. I was pleased with how fast it transferred my files and it worked with both computers as the technology on my old computer didn't always function well. I appreciate the portable size as well. There is more to this external hard drive than I understand. It looks like there is some sort of cloud storage offered with it as well. At this time, I did not take advantage of the cloud storage because I already have a cloud storage system that I use and didn't want to have my documents, photos, videos, etc. in so many different places. I also did not install any additional software provided. The next best thing was it was on sale!

I needed more B/U space for my image B/Us of my computer and this was on sale. Very pleased with its size and simple operation.

The WD My Passport 1TB drive is a compact, reliable, and easy-to-use storage solution. Setup was simple—just plug and play. Transfer speeds are fast with USB 3.0, and the built-in backup software and password protection are great for peace of mind. My only minor issues are the short USB cable and the plastic casing, which feels a bit fragile. Still, for the price and portability, it’s a great external drive for backups and everyday storage. Highly recommended.

Great bang for the buck -- Smaller and lighter than the old Seagate that was good but finally went to heaven -- Transfer rate is great -- I've been playing with computers and the like since 1963 -- Yup -- Old but good -- I tested this thing and it is 100 percent -- 2TB should take care of my needs for at least 5 years -- I hope the data growers use some common sense cuz (help support cuz - It is way more efficient) we humans can only use so many pixels to define a image -- May need advanced drives for politicians -- Stay Safe

Great hard drive. I use it for back-ups, and project portability. Very small, light, reliable. Excellent response time for an external device.
