My only criticism is this one came with no installation instructions. It did take several tries to get the new software installed probably because nothing told me I had to unsistall the older version instead of it being a straight update of what was already on the computer. Once I thought to try that all went well. I believe that to be a WD deficiency as opposed to Best Buy.
