    It was a good buy since it was on sale. Very handy and easy to understand how to transfer important files. Our computer suddenly stopped working and its good the Geek squad was able to save our impt files.

    This is my second unit. I loved the first one so much that I bought the second without any hesitation. Its very fast for what I do (backup my Documents, Pictures, etc.). Didn't bother to note down the timings but it was fast.

    Using this for a backup. I didn't originally plan to purchase a portable, but got upgraded when BB couldn't find the one I came in for which was supposed to be in stock. It's nice that it doesn't require an external power supply.

    Purchased a 2nd external drive as backup protection. Had one of these a few years back and it was bumped off my desk and stopped working. This way I store files on both of my external hard drives to ensure I do not loose any data.
