I can’t copy large hunk of files.

I was trying to transfer files from my old phones to this external drive, but when ever I tried to copy a folder that has a lot of data (the folder was only 5GB in total) it estimated that it’ll take 40 mins to transfer and I always ran into an error midway. To bypass this problem, I had to copy a little data at a time. •The build quality is okay. •I can’t give a rating on speed because this is my first External Hard Drive. •It’s very easy to use. I’m just disappointed that I can’t transfer files larger than 5GB in one go. My fault for going the cheap route for something important. Next time I’ll go for SanDisk.
