I'd give it a 5 if I could figure out if the reason it keeps disappearing from my Dish Network DVR is because of a glitch in the drive or a glitch in their service.

Except it DOES NOT come with a case. Previous models all came with cases. So add $20 and time having to find a case this will fit in. They should have included a case. Would have cost the a couple bucks and saved me time and money.
