I love WD hard drives and this one doesn't disappoint. Easy to use. Easy to set up.

This is a very good product. It has plenty of space for keeping pictures, songs etc.

I purchased this portable hard drive as an insurance backup for my 2TB Seagate portable hard drive, and because it was on sale at an excellent price. This drive also comes with automatic backup software for maintaining an up to date backup of your photos, videos, and music. The drive is large enough that I also can use it as a large flash drive to keep a direct transfer copy of all my photos.

For photos and videos this is a great value storage option for an off site backup

I shopped around and considered all the other hard drives - including the higher range G Tech drives. For my purpose, the WD My Passport was the best fit. The new model of My Passport drives is also more durable and solid than the model from a few years ago. Moreover, I like the 3 year warranty which is longer than some other manufacturers. I'll buy another My Passport when this one is full.

This is the perfect size and perfect size memorey for my laptop and my latop case.

I'm a mac user, so I reformatted mine immediately. Works as promised. It's a standard hard drive so it won't set any speed records, but that's not its purpose. Good basic hard drive.

Great purchase, works perfect with my xbox for game storage.

I purchased a Seagate HDD awhile back (similar in storage size and price to this Western Digital product) but had to return it because it would not correctly format to my PS4 as an external storage device. This WD My Passport hdd was recognized by my PlayStation and correctly formatted as external storage. Therefore, and for this reason because, the product met and slightly surpassed my expectations. The only gripe I have is that the USB cable it came with fits somewhat loosely into my PlayStation's USB port. (I would just use another cable; but, the end that plugs into the hard drive is double wide funky town.) Thus concludes the review.

This is a great product, and compact. this is lite weight so good for travel.

It was very easy to get running and just sits there waiting. Looks very nice.
