    This is my second WD hard drive and not because the first one stopped working. I bought another one cause I liked the first one so much I just had to get another one for one of my team members. It works great & I love the locking feature, nice and simple! What is even better is the price! Hard to beat it for 2tb!

    The product is working fine but I had a hard time figuring out how to install. There were several downloads and nothing explained what was required. I really just wanted a high memory source for all my pictures. All the WD extras confuse me!

    So far, So Good. We purchased it base on both our need to salvage the contents of our iMac after trying to download Big Sur and it froze the computer rendering it useless. Repeated efforts byApple proved fruitless and BB Tech solved and saved the unit with an external hard drive to have fore future needs.
