I purchased this to use as an external HDD for my Xbox One. Re-formatting this was quick and easy, and have had no issues (knock on wood) with data transfer. Cost is significantly less than a marketed Xbox external HDD.

This storage device is awesome I put 2 whole computer worth of data on it and still have room for for two more plus my phone. it is light weight and sleeke I take it everywhere. I can plug it into any computer and I have all my files and uploads.

The device works perfectly and can be used on xbox, ps4 pc and Mac however you will not get the full 2tb when I plugged mine in it said that I had 1.6tb available, tried formatting it and still the same, that's 400gb that I can't use on the device I understand that some is needed to be used by the system to make it run etc but not nearly half a terabyte

Purchased this item to replace an older USB HDD that I use to backup my media files - music, TV shows and movies. I always like to have a couple of offline backups in case of disaster and felt it was time to update the technology. So far, no issues, the color stands out.

Nice size to use especially on multiple devices - and be able to take with you

The drive itself is good. Very small, fast transfer rate. However, the automated backup software isn't that great. I constantly get errors while it's attempting to back up that the drive is locked. There is a sleep option on the drive that I enabled and you would think that the software could "wake it up" to start the backup. But apparently not.

I used this one to hookup to my mesh router for shared storage. It works very well, and is able to read/write from a couple different computers without much hiccups. Was able to stream a movie from it while my wife transferred files to it.

I purchased the WD-My Passport 2TB External USB 3.0 Portable Hard Drive to store all mt pictures and documents from my old computers and lap tops. I still had a lot of unused memory left on it.

Good, easy to use external hard drive. After losing pictures, documents, etc when our computer had problems we wanted to make sure we keep a back up now. This is exactly what we needed and a pretty good price for 2tb

Very straightforward. No complications when setting up or using.

Great size to use as backup storage space. Thin and easily transportable. Store it in my laptop case so I have it any time I want to run a backup or get a file stored on it. This is my personal Passport. I had one issued for work and loved its portability.
