Quality product from a reliable manufacturer. Been using Western Digital products for years and product did not disappoint. Surprised at how small drives have gotten.

you can either choose files to manually backup with copy/paste or drag and drop; or you can just install the included WD backup software which, with one click, will start an auto-backup from which you can later do a complete data restore.

I have around 6 of these drives currently in use for backup and have only had one fail in the last 5 years. Best feature that they are USB powered and do't need an external electrical outlet, like the MyBook series.

Works great, no problems. Bought it because computer couldn’t handle two phone backups. This backed up our phones no problem.

plenty of space to put all those picture you took. great to have as a backup storage.

i love the 4th drawer and feature but the Blue tooth is imature. also the Blue tooth doesnt manage the convert frawer

It has tons of room. I did not install the software that came with it, but it was for cloud access and I did not want my information passed around the internet and dark web. It works just fine as a plug and play hard drive with lots of room.

Solid hard drive. Been using it to back up my computer and it's doing great. No complaints thus far.

WD Passport drives are very reliable. I needed it quickly and Best Buy always has these items available when I need them quickly.
