Easy to use light weight Great color great price!!

Good unit for the price. Purchased for simple backup for new desktop computer. Learning curve simple with plug in and follow directions.

Got this originally for a ps4 backup external drive. Worked like a charm. Now i just use it for additional storage. Love it. Powered by the USB port connection so no external supply needed. No errors and working like a champ so far.

I was so happy to see this at my local Best Buy this is such a must have for my kids who love to download and make videos. Simple to use and plenty of space Great product.

Works well with the playstation 4 , 1 I purchased this item for my desktop computer in my office and he decided it will go better with his playstation so I guess it works well no complaints

Quiet for a non-SSD, very thin and efficient, pretty fast for an inexpensive drive. No hesitation, tracked moving files while and saw very little slow-down. Based on my experience I'd recommend this product. Glad I bought it !

WD external drives are high quality. Good transfer rates. Accurate transfers. I like the small size of this drive as it is easy to carry in my purse or tote. Great color too.

Using as a dedicated backup device for a Windows 7 PC. No problems or surprises. I'm using Windows Backup & Restore, not the WD utility. Just ordered another for a Win10 PC.

Overall a good product. A bit difficult to get the software loaded and working. I needed support from Western Digital, but it was available and the instructions given were clear and did work. The device itself is takes a long time for the first backup, but it is accurate, so no real complaint about performance.

Just buy it. So far, no problems at all. Perfect size

My son encouraged me to purchase an external hard drive. It took a little for me to learn since I had never used one before. I really like it and therefore bought a second one for my daughter.

Works as intended for a usb storage device. Will say it can get slightly hot and the small fan inside makes minimal noise.
