Needed a storage device to hold Medical info for myself and this holds my whole file with plenty of room for more. Can fit almost any where, with easy access.

Simply put, WD My Passport External USB drives are and have always been the recognized symbol of excellence in USB hard drives. I use them to edit video and have never had a problem. Recommended!

I’ve always used WD passports external drives. My old WD was slowing down somewhat and replaced it with this kind. I am glad I did, as it complimented my XPS computer, it is fast and smooth.

Effective fundamental product. Very minimal space taken up for operations and processes, so it had very close to the full 2 terabytes, as the product said it should. Good buy for the price and I would buy it again.

Good capacity hard drive for the price easy to use

This is a great portable hard drive - lots of storage, low price, very quiet. Using this as extended storage on my PS4, providing me the space to download many more games from the Playstation store.

purchased to do a bare metal backup of a dell server. plugged it in, ran bmr, moved to backp server, ran recovery and had 2 twin servers. could not ask for anything more.

I've got several WD Passports. Use them all the time for photos, videos and backing up my computers. They all work great and are small for storing. I've even bought for presents because the price is reasonable.

I bought this so my wife could get all of her pictures off of her phone. Plug and play, couldn’t be any easier. Storage is cheap these days, and she still has plenty of room for more pictures in the future.

Purchased for a family member who is an avid Chromebook user. This external hard drive is compatible with Chromebook, not all are. I am pleased to report that the recipient is pleased.

At the beginning I thought it was kind of pricey, but I bought it because I trusted WD more than other brands. And I was right. It’s worth every penny. Fast for backup, super light, and the design is nice.

It works no problem just plug it in and start to download. There is one thing if you have an older tv this might not work I have s 1 tb passport that works fine with my older tv but tha 2 tb has different software so older tv's might not work. Just google it im sure there's a video that will show how to fix it.
