Small, Light, and value for the price. Setup is intuitive. Do not forget to download your included Acronis for Western Digital; a complete clone for complete recovery.

This external hard drive needs to be a searchable hard drive.

It's a hard-drive. It stores stuff. Mine was $5 cheaper because it was this color and not black. I guess sky blue doesn't sell well in the hard-drive market?

Great read and write speeds, and a quick setup process on mac or windows. WD encryption software can be a little weird to get used to, but when you do it works well and is hassle free.

Love it just wish it came with a cord.When we open the box there wasn't a cord for us to use it.
