The 2TB portable external drive is perfect to move from one computer to another. It performs well at a good price point.

My old 2 TB drive (6 years old) finally died and could not be used for secondary backups. This was a replacement and worked like a champ, sync'ing with my on-line backup system

Works fine for its intended purpose, backing up file history and making system images. Seems fast enough.

Like the previous review, this is great for storage of photos, videos, documents, software programs, etc. The previous review is also applicable here. But, what was not share was the utility of the sleek design in terms of storing multiples. A lot of space is not needed and there is a feeling of stability. In other words, the material is stored without the fear of not being able to locate/find it. The fear is palpable with the small/portable storage device such as USB flash drives and/or memory card. Also, the sleek design makes it travel-worthy.

Can’t go wrong with western digital. I’ve had 2 external hard drives that have lasted over 15 years!!!! Thankfully I never have issues and their product is just plug and play!

great drive for backups. Had newer laptop and needed an external drive for backups. Drive works good, 2TB capacity so plenty of room for backups. Seems to run quickly too -

I wish I would have brought this device loooooong time ago! It makes saving things so easy and I have an endless amount of storage for my videos and pictures.

Solid hard drive, it’s definitely a buy if you’re interested in a longterm, quality device to hold your files and photos

This definitely did the trick. I was able to extend my PS4 storage space. I really like that’s it’s not a huge device so it takes up minimum space.
