    Have used WD drives for a while. The only thing I don't like is the sparse material for setup to fully utilize the capabilities. Takes too much time to hunt for info. The WD Unlocker is interesting too.

    Great product up until it began ejecting itself on its own. Reached out to Manufacturer and they explained it was just a defected device and they would replace it, however they make you wait and you get a new one 5-7 days after they receive the first device you return. I’ve owned this product for less than 1 year.

    I am never sure about backup drives. This one abounds with error messages for which I have no idea how to fix it. One only finds out if it works when you have to restore the data. But it seems to be plugging away.
