WD backup app problem

I installed the WD backup software on my new HP laptop windows 11 and it corrupted the Photos App. It didn't damage any photos but the app cannot find the path to the photos now. NOT HAPPY

Confusing

I'm going to have to get someone to help me or google a youtube video on how to use it. It's not as user friendly as I had hoped. I guess I'm not as computer saavy as I thought! If you're buying it, you'll probably be fine. It's probably just me.

In fact, it's perfectly functional for just about anything you might want to use it for. It's also reasonably priced when compared to its competitors. All that being said it will never stand up to the read/write speeds of an SSD.

Works but cable stopped connecting

This month July 2020 the chord quick working and will not read or pick up the passport when I plug it into my computer. Not happy spending that much money and it stop working; should have bought a USB but was hoping for something more sturdy.
