Good product although a little expensive. The size is good although again a little pricy.

[Employee of bestbuy] I bought this for my Grandmother who wanted a safe place to store all of her pictures and videos she had saved on her computer and phone, as she was very prone to losing the little flash drives. It took 5 minutes to teach her how to use it and she was able to backup all her data with ease.

I’m no expert on external hard drives, but this device seems to be of high level quality. I was recommended this brand and model by a friend who tends to have lots more experience, and I made an excellent choice taking his advice. Got this drive on Black Friday for a discount price I couldn’t beat. Drive has had no issues yet and works as expected! Drive is a small size and seemingly built to be very durable. Would highly recommend this drive and might buy another in the future!

Hi, there. So far a have this device for over a year. Purchased it, because a was running out of space on my Iphone. Downloaded all my pictures to it, and also backed up files from my personal PC. So, now I have my pictures and my data as a back up on this device; have peace of mind when comes to my personal files, and had some fun placing my pictures according to date (really had fun with the memories) and relevance.

Can’t go wrong with western digital. I’ve had 2 external hard drives that have lasted over 15 years!!!! Thankfully I never have issues and their product is just plug and play!
