Love it!!! I have a full 2TB for my 500gb PS4! I’m so happy with this product and glad it was priced within my budget. I’ve been wanting this for a while now. Before I bought this, I had to constantly delete older games from my PS4 to free up memory to be able to download newer games. Most games now in 2020-2021 are over 100gb now! It’s crazy huge and annoying at the same time. So I bought this and have all my games saved to this portable hard drive. First plug in your Hard drive to your PS4, then power on your PS4. Your system will recognize the new hardware and follow instructions on the screen. At first I thought it didn’t work cause it said “not supported, “ but your PS4 will quickly activate it and your good to go. Set it to “save all” To hard drive . Your good! Lots of storage space; useful for regularly backing files from computers and smartphones; useful for transferring files from one computer to another. Excellent price. Purchased in late 2019 and I expect this to last 5 years or more. Pretty blue color.

Very pleased with this purchase. Great price for a 2TB USB 3.0. I teach high school photography and was able to load a full year's worth of student work off our servers onto this drive and take it all home to do remote classroom teaching. Great purchase.

I recently purchased the WD My Passport 2TB External USB 3.0 Portable Hard Drive in Red and so far, I'm really happy with my purchase. One of the main pros of this hard drive is that it allows me to keep my data safe by storing it off of my computer. With 2TB of space, I have plenty of room for all of my photos, files, and data. It's also great that the hard drive doesn't need its own power supply, which makes it even more portable. So far, I haven't encountered any cons with this hard drive. It's been a reliable and convenient way to store and access my data on the go.

Awesome External Hard drive, I have known Best Buy for 12 years and I have been using Western Digital products for 10 years and I trust both.

Very good external hard drive. Good performance, nice security features. My one complaint is that it gets warm over long use. This doesn't seem to affect its performance, but I worry about how it might affect longevity. That aside, I've been very happy with this.

The WD My Passport 1TB drive is a compact, reliable, and easy-to-use storage solution. Setup was simple—just plug and play. Transfer speeds are fast with USB 3.0, and the built-in backup software and password protection are great for peace of mind. My only minor issues are the short USB cable and the plastic casing, which feels a bit fragile. Still, for the price and portability, it’s a great external drive for backups and everyday storage. Highly recommended.

Good: favorable price, works well, compact, reliable. Not so good: seems to be slower (lower than 7200RPM drive), Windows 11 .Net updates break the password functionality and requires re-installation of the WD drive software.

Purchased this device for my son for extra storage for his PS4 gaming console, he was able to set it up by himself and working immediately, he’s loving the product and for a reasonable price!
