Great Quality External Hard Drive

At 2TB, it holds tons and tons of pictures from my DSLR camera and I'm not concerned about running out of space. Would definitely purchase again in the future.

We've been running it now for just over a month on our Dish Network DVR and it is wonderful! It was simple to format and has gone without a hitch since.. I am glad we talked to a Dish Tech first, who informed us that we couldn't run anything larger than a 2TB on the Dish Hopper 3. Then the Best Buy sales person really helped steer us to this hard drive. So, nice to have it all go so well!

They are good quality and from, gee, how many I have? 10 maybe just 2 failed. Hmm. Not sure if this is great rewiew, but, remember. It is just HD. They do it when you do not need it. So, I have backup. All info is on two WD HDs... Easy, for this price. That's all folks.

Can't go wrong for sturdiness and reliability. Being a programmer 30 years ago, and running my own national website, I have been using these since they first came out, Dropped them half a dozen times and like Timex watches... well this one is no exception. I back up all my data on them. You can buy this with confidence. If you wan't faster transfer, get a SSD.
