Great hard drive for quick backups and othe things as needed, it is a hybrid drive, so it is not as fast as an ssd, but still gets the job done.

The passport itself sees good, but the downloads are very confusing. It turns out that WD is no longer updating its software, so they are contracting with another partner, but none of that is clear to the end user unless you call.

I purchased this new hard drive back up because my old one was no longer supported & giving me problems with the latest Mac update. The smaller size is ridiculously fantastic!

Have purchased 2 of these to act as Time machine on my mac and to back up data and photos when I purchased a new laptop. works as advertised, no complaints

This item for the price is great just open plug it in and start transferring files. We got it to transfer pictures off the CPU hard drive to free up space! Love it!

I use this to backup my entire PC hard drive and then put in a fire safe; if I need to I can 'grab and go' knowing I will not lose important data and information.

Great backup disk for more than 1 backup! I have a 1TB drive that was almost full, this helped by being able to backup everything and then be able to delete old files.

Great storage device. Only drawback is inconsistency with password. Sometimes ot does not require it to open the files and other times it does.

Purchased for use on Xbox one. This has worked great and also has been fast. With just a quick format at the beginning and we were off to endless storage.
