Plugging into the computer was done with no notable problems detected. The loud noises hear as data flowed from the computer the external hard drive. A must for everyone

Installation was a little confusing

There were several downloads and nothing explained what was required. I really just wanted a high memory source for all my pictures. All the WD extras confuse me!
