It's a nice looking drive slim and has nice software for backups and encryption but I don't know if would trust files on just this one drive.

My internal harddrive capacity is 930 GB. So far I only use about 629 GB of my internal harddrive. After I run a backup to this 2TB WD external hard drive, it showed over 1.5 TB has been used. Maybe it has hidden program files so I will try to format it.

Installing the software was a pain because their site was down on a Saturday afternoon. Can't the entire installer fit on a 2TB drive??? The real reason for this review is that a backup can NEVER run on it's own because the moment it encounters a file that's in use, the entire job stops and waits for user input on how to proceed. My last drive was a Seagate which failed after a few years. I should have stayed with them.
