Great Product

I wanted the piece of mind of having an additional external drive to backup everything besides the desktop after a new hard drive was installed. The price wasn't bad either. I feel a little more at ease using it every day. I know they can go bad too but so far I have had good luck with it and have plenty of space on it. It loads fast and I back up everything even though I save it to my new hard drive. I don't want to go through that again.

My only issue was after initial install, I would click the shortcut to manage My Passport and it would randomly close. Transferring my various documents was quick.
