Passport - wish it was more user friendly

Did not have step by step instructions. I had to contact the Best Buy Geek Squad to get it to work, but even then was not on the right track so ended up bringing it back to the store to get it to back up the info I wanted.

Large capacity drive

The only complaint I would have is the speed at which it does it! An SSD drive works much faster but also costs much more. If speed is not a priority then this drive should do fine.
