This is the perfect hard drive for transportation. It's small and has encryption. If I ever lose it, my 37 character password will keep my data from prying eyes!

Purchased external hdd to expand storage on an xbox one. Was running out of space on the internal 500gb drive. Plugged in and formatted effortlessly. No noticable difference in loading times between internal and external drives.

This portable hard drive is so easy to carry and use. It gives me peace of mind in saving all of my important files. I have three of them for variables things (work, personal, pictures)

Cell phone was tight on data storage for photos and video. This unit works great for backing up data and allows memories to be saved without using up storage on laptop. Phone now has plenty of free space to capture more memories

After Dell told me that there was no hope for my CPU (desk top computer), I took it to the Geek Squad. The hard drive would not work, but, the Geek Squad said that they would try to recover my files. After a lot of work locally and at their high tech location in Louisville, KY - 95% of the files were recovered. That did not end their help. The Geek Squad wanted to make sure that the computer would be returned with everything that I expected the repair to include. Much additional time was spent helping me uploading programs which would be needed to open all of the files recovered. They also helped download free programs when windows would not/could not provide solutions. If I have other problems with my computers, the Geek Squad will be the first I ask for help.

I bought this strictly for expanding my PlayStation 4 storage cause 1tb is not enough. The PS4 has a format feature so you have to do nothing special and all games will go the extended hard drive by default. Love it.

I have an external SSD drive I use to edit pictures on. I was running out of space and bought this drive as a backup (final backup is DVD or BluRay). This works great for that purpose and has allowed me to copy large amounts of data back and forth with no issues. Would definitely recomment this drive for backup and storage (but not external video editing).

I bought this external hard drive to back up all my files before upgrading to Windows 10, and it was flawless. It even has password protection, which made me feel so much better about such a small item. I love it!

This external is a great piece of equipment for when we need extra storage space for files. It is USB 3.0 so is fast and easy to use. Comes with cable and is ready to use. You can't go wrong with this one.

I needed a 2 TB hard drive to backup my Bluesound Vault 2. After comparing different products I settled on this one and so far, so good. It’s doing what I need and would buy again if I need another one.

I got this hard drive to expand my Xbox One capacity from 500gb. Setup was easy and seamless. I now have an extra 2tb to transfer old games and music/movies over. Definitely a worthy addition to any gaming system.
