We run film festivals all around the country and I need a storage drive that I can count on as well as a great store for electronic supplies no matter where we are!

Set up is very easy. The design makes me feel very confident with it. Not to the point I’m going to throw it for fun but small drops or tumbles won’t bother me.

Using it to back up multiple laptops in the house. It's light, fast, and the utilities included allow us to easily rotate the drives between multiple machines.

I bought this drive to replace a 2tb Seagate external that crapped out on me after a power outage recently. Word of advice for those of you that have an external drive attached to your PS4: Don't leave your PS4 in standby mode with an external hard drive attached if you live in an area prone to power outages. I decided to give Western Digital a try after this latest HD failure and I couldn't be happier with it thus far. It installed and formatted easily and has done what an external drive was designed to do since I got it. I hope I have better luck with WD as opposed to Seagate this time

This little guy is awesome for storing just about everything you need. Awesome price and great way to back up your old pictures, music, etc.

I needed storage for my new MacBook since I have smaller hard drive space. This came in handy! Saved me lots of money! Works well and has a nice color.

The WD - My Passport 2TB External USB 3.0 Portable Hard Drive is very easy to use. I really like that you can easily format it to go between Mac and Windows.

Have several of these WD Drives and they are very reliable. Reformatted for use for both WIN/Mac. Sturdy and dependable. Good data xfer and access rates.

Works straight out of the box, easy to set up. Everything backed up smoothly so far. Bright yellow case means its very difficult to mislay!

This is the second one I have purchased. The first worked so well with my xbox one, that I bought a new drive for the xbox one x (2 systems, 1 drive each).

The hard drive is small and slick-looking, and does exactly what it is supposed to. The accompanying software is pretty intuitive and the backup was fairly quick.

Just plug it in and begin your backup. I had A LOT of items to back up from my Dell laptop so it took about 4 hours to do so. Very easy to follow instructions.

Good external portable hard drive which is easy to use. Excellent for backing up the hard drive on a desktop computer and also backup photos from the phone.

It's as plug n play as they com. It also contains software on the drive that is designed to assist you in using the drive as a file and system backup.

Great external hard drive paired it with my Playstation works just fine. WD good products would recommend.

If you don't want to lose your data, your photos, your videos, your contacts... you have to regularly back up your files. Thumb drives and CDs are not adequate for long-term storage and frequently fail. External hard drives have become a must, for regular backups.
