They suggested this item to me and even showed me how to install it and let me tell you I have never been happier. The guys at Best Buy really know their stuff and I would recommend them to anyone.

Extremely easy installation with no problems

However, the moving of files from a different backup has generated some problems for me, causing an unexplained loss (or accidental deletion) of a favorite spreadsheet. I am still trying to recover it and, after vacation (Thursdsay or Friday) will go online for some assistance.
