These will store so many photos, songs and games, depending on size. They read and write at amazing speeds. Definitely a good addition to a ps4 or other consoles and computers

Difficult to setup instructions are not clear for auto save

It stopped working after a month of purchase. I'm very disappointed.

Works just fine for my Xbox just reformat it and your good to go had it since 2018

First of all such a nice blue color to this product but also it has a ton of space. I was able to store everything from my laptops. It just over all has Lots of space for all my documents, my personal songs and all my pictures and videos I have accumulated over that past six years. Love this and so easy to use I would say this is a great buy for anyone who needs to store there stuff away.

Pretty easy to setup and use. And performance is super fast in terms of file copy/transfers. Very happy and satisfied so far with this.

I purchased this hard drive to expand the memory of my Xbox One s. It worked great. The only drawback is that I wished I would have purchase the 4 gb version.

Ive had it constantly used for over 3 years now connected to my PS4, no issues despite several times my ps4 disconnected improperly, and causing me to need to "repair" the harddrive. no corruption or issues to this date

The external hard drive is good for its price and reliability.

I never had storage issues with this hard drive.. but I have to say that if you are a wedding photographer and have busy wedding days I would NOT recommend buying this. If you accidentally drop it (even on a carpeted floor) all data is erased. This has happened two times in six months and there's nothing I can do. I tried taking them into a recovery service and they couldn't even do anything. I will ONLY buy rugged external hard drives from now on. It's the only way to have piece of mind.

I'm by no means a novice in computers and fall between intermediate and advanced. I've been building PC's and troubleshooting them since 1999, so I've been around the block a few times. Maybe I was just unfortunate, but the backup software won't even install. It's other basic software first saw all my computer drives, but no longer recognizes them. NO fixes found online fix the problem. You'd think something as simple as a basic backup would be something WD of all people could accomplish, apparently not. WHY IS IT SO HARD TO SAY I WANT TO BACK UP X DRIVE ONTO THE Y DRIVE. WHY IS THAT SO DIFFICULT TO DO? It can't even see the drive and fails to install. And it's slow. The anxiety it's giving me...

This is the second time I bought this item, in less than a year, the drive gets corrupted (note: it hasn't fall on the floor and it is handled properly) first time I was able to recover most of my files, this second time, the drive stopped working just like that and I LOST EVERYTHING! Unable to recover anything!!! Help yourself and buy something a little bit more expensive than this, I have lost a year of work for just saving a couple of bucks. Seagate is way much better than this!

The HDMI cable couldn't read my laptop or any laptop. Replaced the cable but it didn't work as well. Felt there was sth wring with this hard drive. Took it to the Geek Squad & they couldn't fix it. I lost all my files and pictures. Never going to buy & recommend WD HDD again.

Complete garbage. Thankfully it failed immediately so I didn't even have a chance to transfer my files to it before it failed. I remember having WD drives die on me in the 2000's. I thought they were better now, they aren't. Right out of the box, fatal hardware failure messages, won't format, won't initialize. Just junk.

Product came in a smashed up box via delivery. I used for 3 days and it totally froze up and all files became corrupted. Luckily still covered under 14 day warranty and returned item.
