I primarily purchased this drive for storing large amounts "raw" digital pictures prior to editing them. This unit is portable and looks durable enough to throw in my camera bag. Worked well right out of the box and I like the fact that it has encryption. I do use a tablet and a laptop to view and edit my pictures and it is nice just moving this drive around and not having to wait forever for the "cloud" to D/L and U/L especially when i do not have reliable wifi service at some of my shoot locations.

its an external hard drive. It works like an external hard drive. works with Xbox and Playstation. It certainly seams like hard drives went down in price than up again. but i bought this one on sale and definitely feel like i got a fair price.
