Does not work on older operating systems
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It will not work with Vista and other prior operating systems It seems they could make it to still work with the millions of computers out there, that still have Vista and prior operating systems. Called WD tech support. Took a long time for the customer service to even figure out and tell me 3TB model, will not work and is not compatible with Windows Vista. They gave no fix, no solution, and no alternative to being able to save data
