    Solid little drives that do the job, but don't drop them or they will definitely break. So not for hard use, but instead for backups and desk use.

    I used to use these until I realized the Easystore is like $15-$25 cheaper for the same amount of space. The only difference is the My Passport has some sort of Encryption (which I never use) and some default program(s) that I just format over anyway so I'll no longer be buying these unless for some reason their price gets lowered to match the competing product.

    I was happy to purchase the My Passport because I didn't have to buy a new computer in order to have more memory. I hadn't found any reason to use it for about a month after purchase but when I did my son accidently dropped it. Not a high fall. Now it doesn't connect to any of my devices it is not readable I tried everything I can to fix it. I know that they are good devices for storage but seems to be not so durable.
