Nice build, nice speed.

I liked the design and how it didn't look just like a dull plastic square. Speed wise, it's pretty good for a traditional HD. Now I can put all the pics in the drive and free up space from my Mac.

1TB Hard Drive Back Up

Just plug in and turn on the Time Machine and let it begin. Very easy to use and comes with downloadable apps to assist with other things.

I bought it in order to back up my Mac before updating the operating system because I was afraid of some disaster that would cause all my photos and important files to be lost. It worked flawlessly with Time machine, even for a newbie like myself. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because I have not had to use it to restore anything yet so I cannot comment on that.
