I’ve used a lot of WD products over the years. I’ve only had to replace one out all the drives. These drives work fast over USB & are extremely portable.

I purchased this hard drive to use as a backup drive for my MacBook laptop. It's light and easy to use. Fit my needs. Would recommend it.

Works like it's supposed to, no issues here. Backups about every 45 minutes and has plenty of room to spare for all my files on my 1T computer.

This hard drive replaces another WD portable hard drive that became corrupt after my computer crashed. I could not erase and reformat since it was the only back up I had of an ailing laptop. Because I purchased the extended warranty, it was replaced at no cost to me expect for the difference to purchase the hard drive that was already formatted for Mac. Best Buy allowed me to back up my ailing laptop with the new WD hard drive before I erased the corrupt WD hard drive that had to be turned in to return to the manufacturer.

My wife purchased this to back up her Apple and it works great. Plenty of room to store her many pics and docs. Would definitely purchase again.

Excellent drive, good price. Only regret is minor - it does not include a USBC cable in the box, but that is not a show stopper.

This unit can be re-formatted for PC and I did and worked well. Little small for today external self-powered drive but it works well.

This product is super simple to use. Literally plug and save. This was on sale when I purchased it and that made the deal even better.

Fairly easy to set up. Although I found the instructions on customizing storage quite confusing. But for basic storage, no problem.

Once I got this hard drive set up, I've loved it ever since. Setting it up with my computer was frustrating because my MacBook would not recognize it at first, but after a while I finally got it to work and now it works well.

Great graphics I love playing in my ps4. The space is also a must have one tb is good but if u can get more space.
