Geek Squad hadn't advised me which WD Drive Utilities to use. Hard to use

The instructions are terrible and the ones online not much better. Finally gave up to try another day. Shouldn’t be rocket science to use a computer backup.

Works OK as a backup drive

The first full backup (>200 GB) started very slowly but sped up after a couple of hours. Backup was successful but lengthy. Check out a different drive if you're looking for quicker backup times, but this one does work.
