Does not work seamlessly with my Mac Pro Time Mach

This occurs even though I have it set to unlock always on this computer. Frustrating.

Hard to set up

Doesn’t work

The associate in the store explained it to me kind of and then I followed al the directions in the box and it would not connect correctly or upload any of my documents and pictures on to it. Makes no sense. I did not trust that anything was being uploaded and it wouldn’t let me open in to see if documents were on it.
