    Product arrived within the time frame as promised. I was having a problem with my iMac that required me to erase my hard drive and manually restore data. I did encounter some problems with that process, but with the help of Apple support they were resolved. More detailed instructions on how to install this product on an iMac for backing up using Time Machine would be helpful.
