Never really used WD products as I am a Samsung guy, but I can honestly say this hard Drive does keep up with tec brands like Samsung, SanDisk and others, fast speeds, portable, and very easy to use.

So far so good! This is the second one I’ve had over the years and plugs in and requires no special program to manually copy files and folders. Super compact even more than one from a couple years ago. It’s on an older iMac and an even older iMac but still pairs flawlessly.

Works exactly like it said. After connecting unit to my Mac, it booted up, downloaded software, and was ready to go. I was copying files and photos within 10 minutes. Retrieving files is very easy also. I highly recommend this unit for speed and ease of use.

Having this device already formatted for Apple computers is so convenient and easy. Works great - this is my go to choice and I've never been disappointed.

I bought two of these to do back-ups of my 2017 iMac hard drive, running macOS Catalina. I've owned them for about 1-1/2 months, and they have worked flawlessly so far. When I first connected them to my iMac, they were immediately recognized and I immediately made the back-ups. I'm very satisfied with my purchase. BTW, there was only one USB 3.0 cable, with an additional USB-C adapter.

I went into this purchase already knowing I would get a quality product - and I was not disappointed. Plugged it in and got right to work. Fast data transfer (using on a MacBook Pro), not a single complaint. The wire is perfect length, fits right in your pocket! Would definitely recommend to others!

This portable hard drive is fast and reliable. Connection is simple and works effortlessly.

Despite it being for "Mac", the hard drive works fine for Xbox Series S storage. It does NOT, however, play the X/S upgraded games. I recently broke mine via long drop (thank God for warranties) and got a replacement and it works just as good as my first. Never a hiccup after over a year with my first and I fully expect this one to hold up just as well.
