WD Passport problem getting ejected
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had to return the product since after a day of use it kept getting ejected on its own. I consulted WD tech support. They said the unit was manufactured in March 2022 and it should not have do that. (Units manufactured earlier had that problem when the computer went to sleep and the power drawn from the USB port was not sufficient to keep it on.) So either the unit was faulty or the connector was faulty. I was asked to return it.
