Well, this one is doing the same. It started out working really well and now it's not working properly. Ive got to get mob files transferred before it crashes completely. Im in the market for a better, durable brand.

I tried to get it to work to transfer some receipts and photos on my phone. NEVER WORKED!!!!! I tried again today and still DIDN'T WORK. We have not tested the drive on mobile devices or an android device. Therefore, we recommend you to move the data from phone to computer or vice versa using your computer. I have always had great success with WD external drives, but I bought a competitor's drive because it was cheap. It failed, and now I know why it was cheap. Stick with WD
