This is particularly useful with photos that take up so much space. This particular external drive is also much smaller than I expected, so very useful to carry along on trips.

Peace of mind

Now I know that if something happens to my laptop, I won't lose everything that I have on it. The only problem I have with this product is that I have to close down everything that I have open on my screen before I can safely remove it, but since I'm not tech-savvy and don't know if other external hard drives are like this, I'm giving it 5 stars.
