    Best buy has a poor selection of backup devices. This works great, but I would like a better one. The selections are poorly displayed and laid out. Out of place and messy.

    Very few of these exist , but it is a great device. My son is using to backup his new Dell XPS.

    This one you have to weave through the prompts of downloading software to make it work. Some kind of unnecessary file management app.

    I purchased this as a backup drive, and mechanically it's great. However the WD backup application is not very good. I have a 1TB drive on the computer, that is only 1/2 filled, yet the 2TB passport is getting it's free space filled up over time to the point it gets filled up, and then I get error messages that the disk is full and can't add/backup any more files. Not satisfied with the support from WD.
