Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unfortunately this one the harddrive didn't work from the start but after going back to the store and meeting with the bestbuy geek squad they determined it was just a bad drive. The geek squad got me a new one (unfornately they were out of the ultra's so went with a WD My Passport instead). Sometime's it is just a bad drive. The replacement is getting 5 stars' thought I the replacement also had a USB-C connection option
