Painless to use and rock solid! Theres been a lot of need for these lately and i just appreciate this ones availability!

Bought this to have a second back up data storage after losing our old faithful Seagate backup drive decided to dive and hit the hard surface of the floor. Had a reputable Data Recovery service finally recovered 99.1% of the data from the damaged Seagate. Now I have two similar new Data backup drive to maintain for all the files from our phones and several laptops.

This external hardrive is fantastic for anyone not tech savvy and needs extra storage it works perfect for active storage on a laptop too.

We're great for our business application to store files.

I bought this for a class and it works very well. You do have to set up the software that comes with this to work. So beware of that. If you want something that works out of the box, then consider something else.

Needed to back up my laptop and went with another WD hard drive. Been using them for years and they definitely have been reliable. USB 3.0 speeds up back up times and I am very pleased with the performance.

Super easy setup. Using it as a system backup but plenty of space for a second hard drive or photo storage. Nicely built, quiet and easily transportable.

Bought this external drive as a backup for my wife's laptop. It works well and has good storage capacity.

Got this for my MIL to put photos and videos on there and off her phone. Good for that stuff. Complicated to start, have to download another app that has access to other features but was hoping for the simpler process they had 8 years ago when I got mine. Either way, decent product but expect to put work in at first

Have use more than a year and very happy with it. Is fast and a lot of space. Use to back up documents and pictures.

This potable hard drive is very easy to use, just plugged it in and started transferring pictures. I was able to take it on a trip and easily present the pictures to the family.
