Although this is comparable with Mac OS I realized that the setting up process it a bit tricky. There aren't really good instructions on how to set it up, but Geek squad can be very helpful with setup. It's wonderful for work storage.

It meets what I need, easy to use, very affordable price, easy software management

Portable, easy to use, sturdy with great capacity. While the security feature is a good one, one has to unlock the drive manually to perform a backup. If there is a way for this to happen automatically via the automated backup schedule, I have yet to discover it.

I like the new type C connection. Thin model this time around. Comes with a 3.0 A USB adapter. The cable supplied to type C to type C for those PC's with that connection

Great storage device for the price, easy to install. Works great as advertised.

For a mechanical HD, it surprisingly fast and its size and weight are light. I have it velcroed to the lid of my laptop. I also have the 4 Tb version and it is much heavier and is twice as thick.

Realized after I purchased a new computer that they changed the size of the plug in for a back up. This works great to back up my files & easy to use with Time Machine on an Apple computer!

Purchased for our kid for school. Had no problems setting up and we anticipate he will take a while to fill it with social media worthy pic and videos. And an occasional school assignment.

got it to store pictures and music, so it does that. lots of space, easy to use. pretty much plug in and start moving files, only had it a couple of weeks and have had no problems.

This portable drive has saved me! The passport ultra is small but powerful; and works great for backups. You can't go wrong with this hard drive.

I use this to backup my 2TB T7 Shield SSD. It is perfect for this task. Drive is speedy and reliable. The metal case is a quality nice touch.
