Works great - the backup software and is easy to use.

The USB-C makes things super simple to setup and comes with a USB 3.0 adapter for devices without C. Honestly for the money, its solid.

I bought this to replace seagate drives that fail even when they haven’t been used hardly. I like the fact its usb-c and has an adapter for use with usb-a ports. I highly recommend this drive.

I am impressed. With a large amount of data/files, I have had no problems with this hard drive. High speeds with large capacity. Has additional security feature, which I find useful.

Excellent long term back-up/storage with security! I am going to scan and store several files of paper into an electronic filing system and this has the ability to do that and with encryption too!

Works as it should. No isuues as of yet. It is very quick to copy and run backups to it without any failures.

So far this external hard drive is fine. The real test is when they fail and the company is no where to be found to help you out with charging you money. So far it is working fine but I just had a Seagate external fail on me and no one to contact to help with data recovery. :(

Brought for myself to store large excess files. It is actually made for Windows but after installing mac compatible software, it is working like champ. I am loving it so far.

Returning it was told it had certain capabilities that it does partially have, the cloud options were told to me it works with any and all of your cloud accounts. Apparently as it told me upon trying to set up it's limited and more are in the works to come soon paraphrasing. However I needed this to gather all my data now not in the future so will return and find something compatible with the clouds I'm utilizing. Was also told it has the capabilities to download the entirety of your laptop and be able to when plugged into say a friend's laptop pull your full and entire replica of yours onto theirs. Have yet to figure out how that works I gave up and I can change out the screens and disassemble and reassemble anything electronic as well as troubleshoot. Was a tech agent and manager for over three yesrs.

I've gone through a few of these, and this one is the best one I've had. Of course this hold vital data, and I cannot lose it. I trust this particular product.

Speedy file transfers over USB-C. It does what it needs to do, and for a spinning HDD it's pretty good. Decent for the price, little bit on the heavy side.

I picked this up to backup my photos so I can have them safely stored on several drives. Worked exactly as I hoped and was very easy to get going.

Wish it had USB 3.1. Read and write speeds would be much better than ther 105mbs I get now.
