    These external hard drives don't last that long. You gotta just keep everything backed up. Something will go wrong eventually.

    This is not the first and won't probably be the last of these I buy. Works like a champ the only concern I have is that the standard connector is USB C to USB C and, while it comes with a USB C to USB A adaptor, it is an adaptor and you're out of luck without a C port on your computer and no adaptor...don't loose it and this is a great tool!

    This western digital drive, although formatted with HFS+ from the beginning, failed on me within a matter of weeks with very minimal use. I had barely used a terabyte of the four total terabytes within this drive, and now it won't show up on my desktop or in Disk Utility. Big no go for mac users. Buyer beware.
