I'll only buy WD hard drives until something changes. I've had a number of other brands crash, while only one WD drive has. This one feels sturdy and the included software locked the drive with a password, which is what I wanted. I'd buy it again over the less expensive models.

This has 4tb of storage space nice metal plated shiny shell. I like WD they ate known for their extended memory. Very relatable. Compared to the older version I like how this looks.

it is sleek and haven't had an issue with it. Got the extra storage space and am not regretting it. Extremely portable as well. Not as big as I thought it was going to be.

This is a very fast and super quiet hard drive with lots of space. The Geek Squad installed it for me and they did a great job in a timely manner.

Great hard drive for the price. Very fast file transfers and video play back. Filled the hard drive fast and ran out of space... so I bought another. Same model, just a different color.

This is the perfect little drive to keep my laptop backed up. Plenty of room, very portable and easy to connect.

Pros: Fastest pocket drive I ever had. USB-C to USB-C cable. Comes with a dongle for computers with USB 3.1 legacy ports. Cons: Installed WD cloud software I did not care about. Occasional noise makes me wonder about a possible mechanical issue; so far so good.

Works great. Added all that extra memory for games. Playing them you cant tell they are not on the PlayStation itself. Very easy to set up almost plug and play.

The product worked well. The Geek Squad service department at Reston, VA that helped me pick it out and then did the work of downloading a laptop onto the external hard drive are always beyond excellent. They are thorough, helpful and do excellent work

This is an excellent USB C portable hard drive. I can connect it all my laptops PC or MAC. It comes with an USB C cable with a USB A to USB C adapter.

So far so good. This is the only external hard drive brand that I buy. I have tried others and they have always failed after a year or two. My original Passport is still going strong after 9 years. Hoping this one lives up to that as well.

I purchased this to be able to save space in my Microsoft Edge. I am able to save 2+ hour long videos, which I couldn’t save in a small USB. I am very happy with this purchase. I even bought a second one for one of my friends as a gift. Love these.

Great external drive. Compact, durable and the documentation was sufficient. Easy to hook up and get doc's backed up fast. Great value, too.

Super fast with USB-C and a very solid drive. Tons of storage for videos and photos which stream well to a media server.

Purchased the drive to facilitate data availability while I am traveling. It has adequate capacity for my needs and is compact and easy to carry in my carry on baggage.

Light weight, strong, fast access and above all the size is thinner & smaller than the predecessor. Access security password can be setup which is a great feature

Great device for good price, just wish it could transfer profiles on consoles.

I love that this external Hard Drive (H.D.) is sturdy and odd also capable of keeping many files in it. Also, I find that it is quite portable and user friendly.
