    So far it is a couple of months since I am using this Product and I've used several WD before and it is good to see the design and experience improve over the years. Keep up the good work. The only reason I did not give 5 Star is due to unknowns.

    Works good, gotten a few of these and they all do well. I did have an issue with this one and had to call tech service which took an hour out of my day.

    Purchased this and was told that it will work on my Apple. When I went to download the software, I had to purchase an upgrade for an additional $20 in order for it to work. Wasnt happy. Purchased the upgrade and,it seems to ne working dine

    Drive was fine but Geek restored another drive to this one and formatted is so it was read only and could not be used as an active drive. I had to buy another drive like this copy the files to a properly formatted drive. Once done I returned this one.
