Works as advertised - easy hookup - great price! - plenty of room

it is a WD product - out of all the hundreds of drives I have bought I have only ever had one WD product fail, and it was a black drive. WD sent me a replacement very quickly. wish this was an SSD drive, but those are pretty spendy yet.

I have several of these in the office none of them have ever given me any issues, they’re extremely fast using USB-C. And also they’re very quiet you don’t hear any clicking or noise which I like.

I take it everywhere I go and as soon as I get home I have it set to automatically dump everything into my WD NAS drive, and it works wonderfully. I would recommend to anyone.

Like most modern USB drives, this one is very much plug and play. 4TB is a lot of space. I haven't run benchmarks but the transfer speed encountered in day to day use so far has been very acceptable.

Bought this as a present for my father. He loves photography and everything that has to do with taking memories. I thought maybe he may need some more space on the side since he’s always taking pictures of something. Hope he likes it.

Great and easy to use! Even connected quite easily to an IPhone and Google chromebook. I was expecting complications but none whatsoever were experienced. Transferring photos has never been easier and it’s so compact!

Working remotely required me to transfer some documents to an external hard drive with hardware encryption. Very happy with the hard drive and ease of transferring documents to it.

Good faster external hard drive with a USB C connector. I've purchased these to replace some external SSD drives that just don't want to work well.

The USB-C makes things super simple to setup and comes with a USB 3.0 adapter for devices without C. Honestly for the money, its solid.

I needed more storage and this was perfect for my needs. I have no complaints and would recommend without hesitation.

I bought this to replace seagate drives that fail even when they haven’t been used hardly. I like the fact its usb-c and has an adapter for use with usb-a ports. I highly recommend this drive.

I am impressed. With a large amount of data/files, I have had no problems with this hard drive. High speeds with large capacity. Has additional security feature, which I find useful.

Excellent long term back-up/storage with security! I am going to scan and store several files of paper into an electronic filing system and this has the ability to do that and with encryption too!

Speedy file transfers over USB-C. It does what it needs to do, and for a spinning HDD it's pretty good. Decent for the price, little bit on the heavy side.
