    One of my big problems with a lot of these portable drives is that they slide around or are so light that the cord can move it. This one is well with and doesn't slide around. It boots up quickly and quietly.

    The drive itself does what it should, and it is visually pleasing. It came with software that would not install after numerous attempts and wasted time. Then I called customer support and learned that it was obsolete. I had to download something else from their website. I think the drive should have come with a warning label that the user would have to call customer support, since the software already on it was obsolete.
